BMC warrants that (i) it will use reasonable best efforts in the performance the services; (ii) that the services and deliverables will be of professional quality exceeding or conforming to generally accepted best professional practices which are standard for first class documents within the industry; (iii) and that performance of the services does not and will not violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

All knowledge and information provided by Client shall be considered confidential including information regarding the business and products of Client and all such information shall remain the intellectual property of client and will be held strictly confidential by BMC and its agents, and except as expressly authorized by Client in writing, shall not be divulged or published by BMC and shall not be authorized by BMC to be divulged or published by others.

The documents created by Brigantine are property of Brigantine MC, copyright. Upon Client's completion of all payments provided herein, the documents described in the original quotation form shall be the property of Client. Brigantine MC has no obligation to take any steps to protect any copyright, trademark or other right of Client with respect to the created documents, except as may be expressly otherwise provided in a separate Agreement.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this Web site are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
